How do I check-in online for my flight?
Most airlines offer an online check-in service which is usually open 24 hours before departure. You will need to have the 6-digit airline confirmation code (example: L84RTL) from the airline, which you can find on the Itinerary that we sent to your e-mail when you made the reservation. Depending on your airline, after checking in online you may be able to print your boarding pass, save it to your mobile phone, or pick it up from a kiosk at the airport. What does a 'Schedule Change' mean?
Sometimes airlines must reorganise their traffic, which could affect your flight. In this case, we may be obliged to change your booking to a different alternative than the one you choose originally. Please always check the most recent flight times by visiting www.checkmytrip.com (http://www.checkmytrip.com) and entering your reference number and surname, or contacting our Customer Support Team.
How do I add more passengers to an existing booking?
To add an adult to your booking, please complete a new booking for that passenger, advise us of the Booking Number and we can link the two bookings for you in the airline's reservations system. To add a child or infant to your existing booking, go to ‘Customer Support’ and complete the relevant form. Please note, additional passengers will require additional payment. You will be notified of additional charges for approval prior to proceeding with this change to your booking.

You can request changes/amendments to the name/s on your booking by going to ‘Customer Support’ and complete the relevant form. Please note, in most cases name changes can incur change fees.
